Bye bye 2023, hello 2024!

Bye bye 2023, hello 2024!

Once again, a year comes to an end – so it’s time to look back and review what we achieved together in 2023. But read for yourself:

New on board: Bosch, TIMOCOM, NeoCargo and Smartlane

2023 was characterised by new partnerships. Among others, we have connected the following new software providers to WinSped this year:

Our TMS currently has more than 50 interfaces, for example to telematics systems, all major freight exchanges, various solutions for route optimisation, financial accounting, mobile order management and document management. More about this here.

We want to enable our customers to quickly and easily integrate important applications into their WinSped at any time. In this way, WinSped can act as a central data source in the system landscape of logistics companies – similar to an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning). The advantage: Connected to WinSped, the user can handle the entire planning, control and resource management and does not have to leave the system interface for any of the tasks involved. This means he always has an overview, which means maximum convenience and greater efficiency.

Back at transport logistic

After a four-year break due to the pandemic, transport logistic was finally back on our agenda in May. We returned to the world’s leading trade fair for logistics and supply chain management in Munich with fresh energy and new developments. The high level of interest shown by visitors in LIS products was reflected in the consistently high number of visitors to our stand. We were able to make many new contacts, strengthen existing partnerships and explore further business opportunities. The trade fair provided an excellent platform and was undoubtedly a great success for us. We are already looking forward to the next transport logistic 2025!

Comeback of the Premium Support Forum Days

Also after a three-year break, we held our customer forum days in presence again in September. For the third time, we invited our premium partners to our company headquarters in Greven for a personal dialogue. The two-day programme included detailed live presentations of the latest LIS developments as well as workshops on the efficient use of WinSped. The aim of the Forum Days is to promote a constructive exchange between us, the software developers, and their users. This is the only way we can get to know our customers’ needs and maintain our innovative strength.

The casino evening at the end of the first workshop day was particularly good for networking. Over roulette and blackjack, our customers were able to share helpful experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.

Curious about 2024?

All in all, this marks the end of a successful year – despite all the bad news of war and crisis. And we want to continue to be just as successful, because exciting news and developments are already in the starting blocks for next year. We can already announce two innovations from LIS: the new condition management system and web-based user interfaces – more on this shortly! You can also mark 4 and 5 June 2024 in bold in your calendar. That’s when our in-house telematics trade fair T-Matik will take place in Greven – for the first time over two days. You can already register now as an exhibitor or visitor register now.

With this in mind: Stay tuned!
