The LIS Christmas party took place on 1 December to coincide with the start of December. 180 employees travelled to the event to celebrate together and exchange ideas outside of the business setting, thus strengthening team spirit and cohesion.
There was definitely a reason to celebrate: These included 30 new employees and almost 20 employees who have been with the company for 5, 10, 15, 20 or even 25 years. Including our management. Thank you for your loyalty!
Together, we looked back on the past year and toasted to continued productive cooperation, the LIS team spirit and an excellent working atmosphere. Despite major challenges, we successfully mastered 2023 together thanks to a great and committed team.
The evening started at around 5 p.m. with a champagne reception, finger food and small talk.
Even Santa Claus didn’t miss the opportunity to drop by and check whether everyone, especially the management, had been “good” last year. After he had distributed his presents, Magnus Wagner and Rolf Hansmann gave a Christmas speech in which all new team members were introduced and long-standing employees were honoured.
As a special surprise, the management was delighted to receive self-made videos from all departments, which warmly congratulated them on their 10th (Magnus Wagner) and 15th (Rolf Hansmann) anniversaries. The two were visibly moved and emphasised once again the importance of each individual for the existence and success of the company.
Then we moved on to the socialising part: After refreshments at the buffet and delicious waffles on a stick, it was time to dance and celebrate.
A very pleasant end to the year!
