International Sales Manager (m/w/d)

WinSped® is a modular, future-ready transportation management solution that digitizes and optimizes transportation, planning, and administrative processes. As International Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be a core growth driver, expanding our footprint beyond the DACH region into selected European markets such as Poland and France.

You will own the full sales cycle, build long-term customer partnerships, and actively shape our international go-to-market strategy.

Our Sales & Marketing team is at the heart of our company’s success. We take a proactive, consultative approach by engaging prospects, nurturing relationships, and delivering solutions that truly solve customer challenges.

Your focus will be on acquiring new customers and growing revenue by selling our Transportation Management System (WinSped®) and Warehouse Management System (LWM®). You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Software Development and Project Management teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for our customers.

  • Drive new business across Europe by prospecting and acquiring freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics service providers via phone, digital channels, and face-to-face meetings
  • Deliver compelling product presentations through online demos, webinars, trade shows, and on-site meetings, clearly articulating business value and ROI
  • Lead pricing, offer, and contract negotiations, owning the entire sales process from first contact to deal closure
  • Actively shape and execute our international sales strategy, including market analysis, territory planning, pipeline development, and revenue growth
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Product Management, Customer Excellence, Support, Marketing) to ensure customer-centric solutions and successful implementations
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits to strengthen brand visibility and market presence

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or completed training as a freight forwarding or logistics specialist
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or a consultative sales environment
  • Proven confidence presenting complex solutions to decision-makers, both online and in person
  • Either strong software sales experience or deep logistics domain knowledge—both are highly valued
  • Advanced proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Valid car driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • A strong team mindset, high energy, and a genuine drive to win together
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently

Required language skills:

  • Native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Business-fluent Spanish (spoken and written)

Further deseriable skills:

  • Business-fluent German
  • Additional European languages
  • International sales experience and strong intercultural competence
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Experience giving and receiving professional feedback
