International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Our sales and marketing team plays a crucial role in the success of our company. We are proactive in reaching out to existing and potential customers. Our focus is on acquiring new clients, selling our Transport Management Software WinSped® and our Warehouse Management Software LWM®, as well as after-sales service and maintaining relationships with our regular customers. It is of great importance to LIS to recognize the individual needs of our customers and to provide tailored solutions. To achieve this, we work closely as a team and with other departments, such as software development and project management.

Our marketing includes a variety of tasks and activities aimed at promoting the company’s products and services, acquiring customers, and increasing sales. Here are some examples of tasks: product positioning, development of market strategies, brand communication, advertising, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Our diverse team is led by Jill Trösser and consists of experts in graphic design, social media management, marketing management, sales, and telemarketing.

  • Independently manage the sales of our logistics solution WinSped® in Europe (e.g., UK, Denmark, etc.)
  • Consistent and systematic development and maintenance of market relationships
  • Active participation in new marketing and sales strategies
  • Ensuring commitments during the implementation phase of the software
  • Contributing your market expertise to product development
  • Participation in trade shows

  • A completed commercial education
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales
  • Software sales or logistics know-how
  • Experience in product presentations to customers and at trade fairs
  • Sales talent with negotiation skills and closing power
  • Confident, ambitious personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • High communication skills, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
  • Native level English skills, both spoken and written
  • High willingness to travel (up to 60%)
  • Willingness to work from home
  • Willingness to travel within Europe once a week


  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Logistics Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other
  • International professional work experience
  • Knowledge in Information Technologies and AI
  • Knowledge of transport logistics
  • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
