From 17th to 20th March 2020 we present our Transport Management System (TMS) WinSped in France at the fair SITL Europe. At stand F63 in hall 6 of the Parc des Expositions – Paris Nord Villepinte the modules Order Entry, Graphic Scheduling and Cross Dock Center as well as the mobile application AppSped are in focus. In addition, we will provide comprehensive information and practical tips on the use of our products.
At our exhibition stand interested parties not only receive theoretical information about WinSped, but can also test the TMS on demo versions. Convince yourself of the following functions and modules:
- With the order entry module, all order data can be recorded quickly and smoothly and forwarded to the scheduling department for further processing. The user decides whether this is done by EDI, from order preserves or by manual input.
- The Graphic scheduling makes the work of dispatchers easier with a clear presentation of the route planning. Even the complex orders of groupage freight forwarders can be processed: general cargo from several original senders to different recipients can be bundled and scheduled in a groupage shipment. In this way it is possible to dispatch up to 1,000 shipments in three seconds.
- The Cross Docking Center, about which visitors to the trade fair can also obtain information at the LIS stand, enables seamless shipment tracking.
AppSped transport orders can be processed from any location. The app supports staff in all processes, from communication to damage documentation.
WinSped: Modular and multilingual
“The demand for efficient and user-friendly transport management systems is very high in France. With WinSped we offer a software that maps all steps of transport and warehouse processes”, says Boris Melnik, managing director of our French subsidiary LIS France SAS.
Our solution WinSped is modular and can therefore be individually adapted to the needs of the user. “WinSped is just as suitable for groupage freight forwarders as it is for logistics service providers in the automobile industry or hazardous goods transporters”, says Melnik. The TMS is available in various languages, including French. This ensures that users from different countries of origin can operate the software without any problems.
