Using the tool, the processes involved in hall handling can not only be recorded and ticked off by smartphone or tablet, but can also be transferred directly to dispatching in real time. The recently developed tool ETA Center in turn calculates and monitors the expected arrival time of transports, taking into account the traffic situation and the drivers’ driving and rest times to be observed.
