The new LIS Accounting Center has been available for both new and existing customers* since last year’s version (2023). It convinces with proven and new features around the topic “from order and tour to the booking of all vouchers”.
With the conversion of the module to the .NET environment, our product experts have made many innovations that offer users additional benefits. The two decisive points here are the improved ergonomics with regard to the new document printing and incoming document processing, as well as the clear separation of the workflows for processing the accounting data into debit and credit.
But the new Accounting Center can of course do even more:
- Quick research for orders, tours and receipts is now directly integrated. By clicking on the link of a hit, the layout switches directly to the required status and narrows down immediately.
- You can easily switch between the Order, Invoicing control and Accounting Center views by double-clicking on the selected line.
- The transparency of the data has been improved in detail in many areas. Currency, VAT, service date, document form, etc. can be found early on in the tabular grids. These issues are becoming increasingly important for foreign subsidiaries, especially in the international arena.
- The entry of incoming documents has been completely revised and makes recording and checking easy.
