The new Disposition Block function in Version 2019 Quarter 3 allows selected shipments to be excluded from disposition for a certain period of time if required. When creating new orders or importing them, all parameters are checked first. If, for example, a party to a contract is noticed due to credit limits that are still to be checked or have been exhausted, the shipment of the partner concerned can be marked with a block. As a result, it is no longer blocked in the planning run.
Thus, the new WinSped function not only saves time during scheduling, but also makes it safer at the same time. This way, contracts with partners who fail compliance checks can be ruled out. The disposition block is also used to check production progress or in the case of notification releases.
