Logistische Informationssysteme AG sends employees to home office

This morning, the board of directors of LIS AG decided that from Monday (16.03.2020) the majority of the employees should work from home, provided that their job allows this. The areas where presence at work is required, such as the secretariat and IT, will be reduced to a minimum of staff. Of course it will be ensured that the ability to work is maintained at all times.

In view of the daily changing situation, Logistische Informationssysteme AG has taken measures to avoid interruptions in the business operations of our customers as well as our own business operations.

“The health and safety of our employees and their families is our top priority. We would like to make the greatest possible contribution to slowing down the spread of the virus,” announced Magnus Wagner, CEO of LIS AG, this morning. This is the company’s response to the development of coronavirus infections. In addition to the decentralisation of employees through home offices, major events such as trade fairs and training courses are also avoided. External as well as internal appointments and presentations will be held immediately via online conference tools such as TeamViewer. All employees can still be reached and do their regular work.
