The WebSped web portal has a new function: With the loading equipment information, customers can now call up a live inventory information on available contingents of loading equipment accounts for a freely selected key date. Prefabricated e-mails also facilitate direct contact with the forwarding agent and thus save time and manual effort on both sides.
The user account is managed by the user himself after it has been activated once. The user has access to the individual bookings and can easily download loading equipment receipts from the document management system. The new tool can be easily integrated into our forwarding software WinSped®.
