The sales and marketing team of LIS Logistische Informationssysteme AG will from now on work together under the management of Markus Lohmann. Since 1 June 2020, the former managing director of the Münster-based logistics and IT consultancy VuP GmbH – Vallée und Partner has been responsible for sales and marketing at the Greven-based software manufacturer. LIS has created the position of Sales Manager in order to be able to push the sales activities even more strongly and to further increase the company’s growth.
“I am glad that with Markus Lohmann we have been able to win an absolute expert in the fields of IT and logistics for this task, and I am very much looking forward to working with him,” says Magnus Wagner, member of the board of LIS Logistische Informationssysteme AG. Previously, Lohmann was managing director of VuP GmbH – Vallée und Partner, a consulting company for logistics and IT based in Münster.
After completing his studies at the University of Münster, the business graduate held various positions at the internationally operating logistics provider Fiege. Before joining Vallée und Partner, the 47-year-old worked there as Branch Manager Vienna and COO Austria.
Among other things, Lohmann’s task is to promote the internationalisation of the Westphalian software forge beyond the already existing branches in the Netherlands, Poland, France and Spain and to further expand the position on the German market. He reports directly to Magnus Wagner.
