LIS offers new challenges to seven junior employees

Under the slogan “Make the leap into your training”, seven trainees began their professional careers with us this month. “Since training has always been an important instrument for us in recruiting qualified employees, we are very pleased that we have again succeeded this year in filling all training positions with promising junior staff,” says our CEO Magnus Wagner. In addition, it is a good sign that we are also perceived by young people as an attractive employer.
 
LIS is currently training a total of 14 prospective specialists in the following occupations: IT system administrator, IT specialist for system integration and IT specialist for application development. The latter training can also be completed as part of a dual Bachelor of Science course in computer science, which one junior employee in this year is taking advantage of. Measured against the total number of employees, the training quota is now around ten percent.
 
“The trainees can look forward to the best career opportunities with us. Many of our employees who currently occupy management positions have already completed their training here. This is one of the reasons why we always strive to offer all our graduates a professional future in our company,” says Wagner. The great importance that we attach to this topic is also expressed in the design of the training. The trainees are integrated as full team members right from the start. In addition, they are offered flat hierarchies and workplaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology. There is hardly a better way to start your professional life.
