LIS celebrates topping-out ceremony in Greven

The last nail is in the wood, the roof truss stands! Our new office building at our headquarters in Greven, Westphalia, has visibly taken shape. Last Friday we therefore celebrated the topping-out ceremony as part of our annual summer party. According to tradition, Hilmar Wagner, member of the board of directors and builder, christened the new building together with the carpenters. Together they celebrated the stage finish. “We would like to express our sincere thanks to the many craftsmen and helping hands who have been so busy over the last six months and who have made it possible for us to move in so quickly”, Wagner thanked. Because the building project lies well in the time. Since the ground-breaking ceremony in January, we have been working diligently so that completion can be expected as early as December. The 1,200 square metre site will accommodate up to 40 employees in future. The software development and product control departments will move in.

The summer party was followed by a barbecue and chatting session with the entire LIS staff in perfect weather and a relaxed atmosphere. Boris Melnik, Managing Director of our subsidiary in La Rochelle, as well as Jos Zomer, Regional Manager Benelux, and their teams from France and the Netherlands also attended the event.
