As we always thrive to offer our customers the best service, it is crucial that all our employees are informed about our products, services and innovations.
Every day, new product features or updates are developed in our departments. In order to make this flow of information between the individual teams more efficient, we have created the internal forum day.
At the online event, which was now held for the first time, product experts from different departments were able to present and explain “their” respective products in their assigned timeslots. Afterwards, there was enough time to clarify and discuss open questions.
This day was initiated by our still relatively new training team: Astrid Schürkötter and Jennifer Rastig. We will introduce you to both of them in more detail in one of the next news items.
