The IAA Commercial Vehicles is just around the corner. It’s clear that we will be there again with a stand. Also this time we have many new features of WinSped in our luggage.
Among other things, we will be presenting a program area that is specially tailored to the requirements of automotive logistics, because the coordination processes in this industry sector have become very complex. With the modular automotive program area, we present a solution with which all processes between automobile manufacturers, suppliers and forwarders can be mapped. Carriers who work for the automotive industry must act flexibly. For this they need a transport management system (TMS) that maps the industry standards and is at the same time highly adaptable. This is exactly what WinSped does Automotive Center: For example, the system takes manufacturer-specific loading point structures and supplier numbers into account. Automatic plausibility checks also reduce the error rate.
We also offer software innovations for customers outside the automotive industry: WinSped ensures fast and smooth dispatching with the help of cross-docking for part and groupage orders. For automated processing, the software integrates the import of barcode data from almost all scanner systems via interfaces. In addition, all relevant information is made available, enabling freight forwarders to track the transport status in real time.
Unique on the market is the newly developed FTL module specially developed for freight traffic. In the second generation, it allows the user a practical weekly view and fast planning by directly entering data into the disposition table.
In addition, we provide insights into the optimized Graphic Disposition with which we have further simplified and personalized the operation of WinSped. The new order entry functions such as the integrated card tool or the individual configuration options ensure a smooth data flow. In addition, the processing processes in scheduling are simpler.
