WebSped – order generation

WebSped TRACKING & TRACING consignment tracking
WebTrack allows you to quickly and comfortably research the current order information in WinSped. With an easy to use search option for different criteria like order number etc, the order information is ascertained and this is then displayed in the browser. Besides the diverse interesting information the current status and the backdated status information is of course also accessible to the user. If an order is in delivery, then using the telematic system, the last three location positions of the lorry can also be seen. The consignment research can not only be used for all partners connected to the logistic chain, for example ordering party, shipper, supplier, freight carrier, recipient and so on, but can also be used by the organization and customer service.

WebSped status – status generation
The status generation WebSTA uses the internet as a communication platform for depositing status information to an order or a route directly in WinSped. Therefore the program is suitable for the cooperation of companies or transfer forwarding agencies and everywhere that no fully fledged operative software is installed.

WinSped PAL-means of transportation information
With the means of loading information in Web PAL you offer business partners and customers the possibility to provide them with the current stand of his means of transportation stock online. An export function allows the user to directly transfer his data in his Microsoft Excel environment.

WebSped DMS – document information
The document information from WinSped displays all relevant documents out of the WinSped archiving system about the order you are looking for. You can also give your customers the possibility to see the signed freight papers or you can use the PDF file displayed in the browser.

The warehouse information gives them the current information about the article stock and movements in your warehouse.
